Overhaul of a decarbonation line
Last week, the Southeast team at ALOES Water Treatment completed the retrofit of a decarbonation line.
Our client (a canning company) had been operating this line for 30 years to supply its steam boiler room.
This work was supported by the CEE program.
For the water softener, Aloès replaced the system components and installed a large-capacity, automated brine tank. The decarbonation process was replaced by a reverse osmosis system. The entire system is controlled by a custom-built PLC.
Aloès offered a comprehensive service package: design, construction, commissioning, administrative management of the EEC file, and advance payment of expenses.
Congratulations to Christophe, Romain, Romuald, and Jean-François, and thank you to Stéphane for his help.
