Quantification of Legionella Using PCR in Our Laboratory
Since 2005, Aloès has utilized PCR technology at its laboratory in Seclin (59) to provide rapid and reliable results for the enumeration of Legionella pneumophila and Legionella spp.
Analysis reports are sent to you by email within 5 hours of receiving your samples at our facility. The analyses are conducted in accordance with the NF T90-471 standard.
PCR complements the regulatory culture-based analyses (NF T90-431 standard) and helps monitor facilities subject to regulations governing cooling towers (ICPE category 2921).
Quantification of Total Microflora Using ATP Metry
Aloès also offers microbiological monitoring of the total microbial flora in your systems. This analysis allows you to track changes in microbial growth, particularly that ofLegionella, and has the advantage of being able to be performed directly on-site.
ATP measurement complements regulatory culture-based analyses (NF T90-431 standard) and provides a rapid indicator of biological activity within the facility.
It thus helps monitor facilities subject to regulations governing cooling towers (ICPE category 2921).
