In order to measure and continuously improve our logistics performance, we introduced an internal metric in 2022: the “Ex-Factory” index.
Its goal is simple: to ship orders in less than 5 days, with an average turnaround time of around 3 days.
This metric allows us to track our efficiency, optimize our processes, and ensure that our customers receive their orders on time.
An all-time record
In recent days, our teams have reached a new milestone.
In just 10 days, they prepared, inspected, and shipped 8 shipping containers, totaling nearly 190 metric tons of water treatment solutions destined for several international customers.
This exceptional performance demonstrates our teams' ability to handle large volumes while maintaining the same high standards for quality and deadlines.
